Okay I am familiar of when I had a recovery partition back when windows 7 was installed but when I had windows 8 I don't really remember having one. Is there any way to access it?
Before I reset windows 8, I had no windows.old folder. My computer does not have a manual at all. I tried installing linux but it still said no OS was found.
I reset windows 8 on my alienware m15x for a fresh restart but it was taking too long and got stuck a 30% so I held down the power button. Next thing It says No Operating system detected. Help?
So I have the setup file and the product key from the email but still the audio and the Internet has a cross over it. I tried connecting it via Ethernet cable and it still wouldn't recognise it. Is there any way that I can get back onto windows 7?
