Yes I tried with command prompt, I get "File Not Found" message. It didn't even find the file that I can clearly see in windows explorer. Thanks

Yes I did try searching for the files that were in lost folder, didn't find it. The thing that is driving e nut is the space remaining in that hard disk is exactly the same that it was before missing those folders.

As already mentioned in original post, all files and folders are set to Visible, even a system files. Thanks.

I tried with WinRar, this didnt show my lost folder as well.

Apart from restore point being disable for that Disk. I did Thorough Disk Check using CHKDSK D: /f /x /r. No space is in bad sector. Also I just realized, the free space is 2.22 GB, which is same as before I lost these two folders. Thanks
