This is what i did too. I use Urain boot.. and i went to desktop, i didn't see that folder.. More thing,this folder effect to all users account desktop on that windows 8.1.. I will try to follow you more.. Thanks

Hi Play2mefish! I can highlight on that icon and can drag it anywhere on desktop.. Highlight on that icon and press "Delete key" , do nothing.. Boot to safe-mode the same thing as normal mode.. Don't want to make system restore! Thanks

this is more update, We used 5 differently malwares scan, even after completed they detected and preformed to removed, after restart machines, the problem still persist...
