Bump! Also, an update to the problem. I think I've ruled out it being a hardware issue. I shuffled my RAM and used each stick in each of my four slots, still results in me getting the BSOD when I shutdown or restart. Then I ran memtest for about 4 hours with 4 passes, came back with no errors.
