I can't use this guide because Windows Installation Media Creation Tool can't download anything. I'm stuck at 0%, and it has been at 0% for an hour now. Yes, i have specifically selected mediacreationtool.exe in my firewall settings to "allow" anything inbound and outbound. Anyone know why...
