hello, after a sudden windows crash when the windows boot to desktop i can only see the desktop icons without titles, an error window without message and title. I would also to mention that i'm not able to move the cursor and use the keyboard. What's the problem ? here is a photo of the desktop:

hello everybody, suddenly today when i tried to boot my pc pc i faced the "0xC000021A" error. I have tried a lot of things such as safe mode, windows auto repair and "bootrec /fixmbr" & "bootrec /fixboot" commands but nothing worked...I am desperate... Thanks in advance for your help :)
