I cannot open literally www.yahoo.com and I don't know why.. im using IE 10 and win 8

in my IE 10 when I click the magnet link it will have a new tab and its black... while the address of the magnet link is in the address bar...

we are using the same.. :( I cannot open magnet links the tab only have blank

thanks for your reply.. but the problem is not yet solve.. any other ideas? im using IE 10.. but when I use my desktop Mozilla I can easily manage to open a magnet link.. I hope the Mozilla version will come out soon for win 8 LOL
