You may create a shortcut icon on desktop. Shutdown: C:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe /s /t 0 restart: C:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe /r /t 0

you can uncheck the updates you don't need and hide them, so when you search for updates they don't show up. Also se the updates from automatic to manual
