That's how I know the disk is a 100%

Here's what happened. Yesterday in the morning i was on my laptop (windows 8) When suddenly, it started going really slow. I restarted it and every time i log into my account, i goes a bit slower, but not too much. Then whenever i open Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, the disk space goes...
