    GTA IV not working

    I have to right-click GTA4 in steam and select properties. Than go to local files tab and choose browse local files, than select GTAIV folder. Right-click LaunchGTAIV.exe and run it as administrator. This is mildly annoying but seems to work. Post back if it works for you.

    I bit the bullet and bought a new cable. The Alesis USB Midi cable works with windows 8.1 64Bit and 64Bit Cubase. Here is a link to the cable: Alesis AudioLink Series MIDI-to-USB Cable | eBay Thanks goes to MMA, hate having to spend 25 quid on a cable though!!
