I am looking for a software download for free or for under $50 that I could use to organize 30,000+ pictures from my HD, and External HD as well. I would like to burn 15,000 of that to disks. Something I could use to help organize for now and in the future. Any ideas?

I am kinda confused. This doesn't work for Windows 8.1? If not, then what is my best route to do a backup on a 8.1 OS? I am trying to attempt to backup all my data and then install 8.1 Pro instead of just the standard 8.1. Any info is always appreciated!

did you see my post with the list of system information? Why do you say that's all I can upgrade? I would ultimately like to have a better graphics card, more memory, and possible have 2 HDs installed into my system. I am just curious where you got your information.

Oh my. I didn't even see that grade on the screen. I've talked to them just the other day and they're having "issues" in my area. They couldn't give me a projected date on when it will be repaired. Definitely going to contact them again! thanks!

I was being serious. I just recently upgraded my internet speeds. I went from 6mbps to 24mbps but according to my ISP, they are having connectivity issues. I keep getting notifications on my android phone that my internet is unstable. so this is totally serious.
