Just tried the snapshot. Installed guest additions to see. My system was dead. Restored the snapshot. Worked great. BTW I reinstalled the guest additions, didn't reboot when prompted, and uninstalled the WDDM driver. Everything is fine now.

I would advise against the latest VBox Additions. I tried it and had to reinstall Win 8 in VirtualBox (64 bit).

I for one will never use a tablet, and I like my mouse/keyboard combo very nicely. I never want to use a touchscreen. I prefer desktops, and don't see the point of a touchscreen on one. I can't see myself using a touchscreen on a desktop to type in documents, holding your arms up for that long...

Do I need antivirus for Windows 8 CP in VirtualBox? If so, which free one would work? Will Microsoft Security Essentials work? I have antivirus (Norton) and firewall (Comodo) on my Windows 7 host.
