Hi no they dont open at all but it doesnt happen every time but when it does happen it just goes to the desktop and i have to return to start screen and open again and it always works perfectly second time

Hi not sure im posting in the right area often when i open an app in the start screen i get switched to my desktop for no apparent reason and these are not legacy apps im opening but windows 8 apps such as store or mail any ideas anyone ?
