    Anyone got any other ideas on how to fix this? Windows update just seems to create more problems than it solves.

    The recycle bin seems to be fixed but File Explorer is still broken. Files do not disappear from the window when deleted and I have to navigate up the tree and back down again to make sure they are gone.
