So many people had this same problem it is not even funny. Press ctrl alt delete, then clcik on task manager. Under processes scroll down until you see Intel Technology Access. Right clcik on it and then end task. Your mouse will start working right away.
I found the answer after days of searching online and trying almost everything. It is for sure a result of the recent windows updates. The solution I gave you is temporary, it will start again after rebooting. But until they release a fix at l;east it works.
