So I may have missed it, but in preview versions on Windows 10 TP, there was a way to rollback to 8.1 if you did not like it. even though you may lose data in the process , I wonder if after the 29th this will be the case.
Yeah. The only thing I ever did was install and remove Windows 10. Anyway I could fix this to just have my main partition and the recovery partition present?
When I visit several radio stations over the last day or so, next to songs recently being played, everything is undefined. No viruses or malware to speak of as MBAM comes back clean.
Anyone ever seen this before, do I need to worry?
Matt
I feel I sound ridiculously ignorant, but if we have a fully perfectly functioning system, what is the advantage of recreating the ISO short of having the latest and greatest immediately? (wont these be distributed through Windows updates)?
I was wondering on what support Windows 8 would have when Windows 10 is released and if I wanted to upgrade, it would erase my recovery partition from HP, wouldn't it?
Matt
I was wondering if Windows Defender enough with MalwareBytes or a third party AV would be more appropriate? I have licenses for Bitdefender or Avast.
Thanks,
Matt
I am considering buying a new laptop (both are HP) and was hoping to get an answer to which processor would better suit me..I don't game a whole ton, so no worries in that. I'm looking for the best bang for the buck and the one that will last the most. They both are roughly the same price out...
