I am trying to retrieve an old messages . I can locate the .ost data file but I don't know a way to see what's in it ie whether there is an archive folder like in .pst. Is it possible to view the archive folder as in a ,pst setup ? Tks

I was asking about my main computer which is a HP Envy Recline 23 . I am sure this computer's screen does not support WACOM pens. I think the WACOM drivers are there basically for the Wacom tablet to work with Win8.1 . I need to find myself a decent capacitive stylus.

Brink, It's already turned on via option 2 . The sound is there but much much softer than normal . Can this be due to updates installed before this happened? BTW the same thing is happening on my main Touch screen computer .

No its not on mute. I can clearly hear system sounds.

The touch screen keyboard click sound suddenly reduced loudness. This is happening on my DVP 11 running win 8.1 Used to be much louder, then this afterneed it just went soft on me. Is there a setting somewhere to restore the keyboard click loudness? thanks

When I leave my computer after a session, it automatically goes into sleep mode after a period of time and remains that way till I wake it up. However when I manually put it to sleep ( via shutdown options) , it goes to sleep immediately but for only a while ( a few minutes) then it shows...

Btw I went over to check my other computer running win7 and office 2007 . It behaves basically the same way as word 2013 and win 8.1 except it presents itself differently . The other big difference is no cloud Storage as default . Tks for all the help.

Brink, I don't recall Win 7 behaving this way. If this is the case why even bother changing the Store location because its always "Save As" if new document is saved for the first time. Word will always store in same location as the original after editing a previous document . Unless if...
