I can't believe Windows 8 is so complicated!! Will be taking the new Laptop back to the store, I don't have the patience to try and figure out every little detail for simple applications. But thanks for trying to help.

I'm having the same problem, except I can't even install Chrome. No .exe files will even open for me. Hope we get a solution soon!! It is really annoying.
