Well that certainly has to be fixed. I don't mind dumbed down little tablets but when using a real computer I cant be dumbed down with pretty tile colors and loss of function. I am confident MS will fix these annoyances with the desktop + Tiles and APPS integration.

Did you check your USB ports in the device manager? All drivers there? I remember I had to do a manual update on one of them. I don't have the Saitek but use other devices like that and they work fine now.

I do remember having to go at it a few times. Hmmm, it popped up pro 901 wireless and worked. I can't remember if there was anything else I did, other then do it right after a full reboot of printer and computer.

I cant access my scanner on the Lexmark on CS6 or anything. There is a way to do it on 32 bit by adding twain driver CS6 but no 64 bit twain.

I spoke with Lexmark today, to see if there is any way to get the all in one scanner on my Pinnacle Pro 901 to work in Win 8 64. Ot prints fine wirelessly or with USB, byut no scanner access. They informed me that No is the answer, but they are making Win 8 software/drivers for all there...

No kidding...that's good of them for a change. I guess they must still be Selling Nostromos.
