well i have downloaded it. The .exe program is on the desktop. But I can't for the life of me find the program to open it. I tried a search to find it and it showed the .exe progrsm but no program i could open and make a shortcut for the desktop.

I tried to download and it is not compatible with Chrome. I get this message.... Open Internet Explorer on your Windows 'Start Menu' I have windows 8.1 and do not have the "oldstyle "start Menu" so cannot install it. Any ideas???
