I had read some forums (is there an authoritative voice anywhere?) where the removal of Norton doesn't solve the problem. But I had an online chat with Microsoft and they said the ONLY thing is to uninstall Norton. So, once I got it working right; I uninstalled it and - surfs up AOK

. When I click on it, it says Defender (and trial Norton) are off and gives me the option to turn on Windows Defender. I click "turn on" and nothing happens. I want, for now, to run Win Defender not Norton. Any suggestions? The Norton live chat help made it so I can now go to the Action...
