    In the earlier logfiles the Avast drivers were showing up in drivers.txt. Can't explain it at the moment unless the OP did not restart after removing the Avast program? But that can't be right because there was a crash so the system must have rebooted.

    Yes, it is odd because they do not appear in the drivers.txt file. I wonder if there are some registry entries and some directories elsewhere where they are being loaded from? Perhaps you should try to find them?

    @zbook what made you think Avast was still installed? @toucan8 Given the history of all the times you have tried Driver Verifier with @axe0 I am not going to suggest that again. I did notice that the OP has wondered if Corsair might be involved. It is interesting that the last two crashes...

    A lot of your recent crashes have all involved drivers from Avast. Please uninstall Avast and use Windows Defender instead to see if it makes a difference.

    You don't need to open the zip file - just upload it into your post using the attach files button at the bottom left of the reply window.

    Hello toucan8, I've popped over from one of the sister forums to see if I can help. The two recent zip files you have uploaded are empty. Can you try again please. You will need to run the log collector again.
