Please consider my PC is an HP Elitebook 8460p and that the mentioned driver is the newest driver available provided by HP (AMD). I cannot just add a generic AMD driver because that's usually a recipe for disaster when dealing with notebooks.

the funny thing is that the the driver for 8 worked perfectly with Windows 8 but the driver for 8.1 failed in 8, 8.1 and 8.1 update. Its all about a LAZY company called AMD that does not fix the driver, probably thinking that I have to buy a newer model of Notebook.
