    Found out my problem, I appreciate everyone taking the time, for anyone in the future that has this problem here is the solution When installing an after-market graphics card into a certified Windows 8 PC with UEFI enabled, the system may not boot.

    I get to signal to monitor when I have the GPU in.. All the plugs are in correctly and everything I think it has something to do with Windows 8.. :/

    I did figure out how to disable the onboard, however it did not solve the problem, And there is no option for that in the bios at all :[

    No i havent installed the drivers, I thought i needed to do that after the card is already in my PC? and yes the DVI cables are plugged into the GPU
