I just fully upgraded my 8.1 retail version and now have the box in the bottom right hand corner which says get windows 10. If I accept the upgrade, will my retail license for 8.1 be locked to windows 10 home version? Will I still have full use of my 8.1 discs and license key? The reason I ask...

I downloaded and burnt the win 10 installation iso file to dvd, if I want to make it like my win 8.1 retail disc do I need to purchase a retail key, for the windows 10? If so how do I go about it? Thanks! :)

Well, still no updates? We allowed the new version on the lap top and it will not update either I guess I need to look for another anti-malware program. :confused:
