I have managed to create a Volume, but only in Exfat format, as soon as i attempt to convert it to NTFS, windows says it has failed and goes back to RAW again, will try your suggestion now :)

Hi all, sorry for the late reply! I ended up having to use Hirens boot CD, Where i used a tool (cant remember which one) to Write Zeros across the Drive This fixed it, however i lost some files :/
