Netflix installs and runs fine on the pendo pad with windows 10. Do I mark it as solved?

Yes I have tried all those things. I am in the process of upgrading to windows 10,maybe have better luck with the windows 10 store.

No matter what I do,i can't seem to get the Netflix app to install from the windows store. I am using a new pendo pad and I have tried factory resetting,running the Microsoft windows store troubleshooter can anyone help me?
