i dont know if i should mark the thread as 'solved' because i dont believe that what i did is a true fix for the issues potentially caused by MS update KB4056895. should i keep this thread the way it is until MS releases a proper update/patch that covers spectre/meltdown without horrible BSOD...

i believe that it is due to a broken MS update, after uninstalling KB4056895 i was able to run multiple firefox tabs and 2 steam games (quite recent releases) at the same time for at least 2-3 hours without issues. i also found and will link the exact comment from a bleepingcomputer thread...

uninstalling updates seems to have fixed the issues for now :)

i ran chkdsk /r and it seemed to complete fine without errors i have reuploaded the dm-machine.zip could you please check if nothing else obvious is potentially the issue, thank you.

acording to that reddit post it is potentially aused by the spectre/meltdown update microsoft pushed, if i am running ryzen 7 and b350 chipset will that cause issues, i do not want to try and remove updates before i at least get someone elses opinion.

if i run chkdsk /r will it check both partitions at once?
