An update! I haven't had BSOD's for the past week, so it appears that the problem has been resolved... hopefully. If all of a sudden, either like tomorrow or like 2 months from now I start getting BSOD's of the same error code again, should I continue posting on this thread or make a new one?

Thats weird, I got the SystemInfo.txt when I ran the app, but it didn't appear in the zip. I attached a new zip and I made sure the txt was in there. I turned off Secure Boot because I wanted to install Linux Mint at one point, but then decided against it, and never turned Secure Boot back on...
