Sorry it's been a while. I found that it was because I had installed the Developer Preview of 8.1 on my phone. Once Microsoft got all that smoothed over, the licenses started syncing again.

Still no luck. This is a fresh install so there isn't any 3rd party stuff on it. No proxy either.

That didn't fix it either.

I tried that. All that happens is that the store opens and says "Loading Store..." for forever.

Whenever I try to sync my app licenses, I get the following error: This is a fresh install.

Is there a place or a utility I can look at to see what size my tablet thinks my screen is?

It looks like I'm missing the last one. But I can't find a download for it anywhere. EDIT: I just looked at my computers that have the button and they are missing it too.
