Upgrade License Limitations? Just wondering, what limitations are there with the $39.99 Upgrade License compared to a retail or OEM license? Is it tied to one machine like OEM? Does it deactivate the other license? It never asked me for my CD-Key when I went through the upgrade process.

I have a copy of Vista OEM for a system I built a few years ago. Are OEM versions valid for the Windows 8 $39.99 upgrade? And if it is, is there a way for me to go through the upgrade process without using Windows8-UpgradeAssistant.exe since I don't have that copy of Vista installed?
