Yes it is TPS 23.1. I checked the compatibility mode (which was not checked) and ran the compatibility troubleshooter. It opened and worked with the troubleshooter's recommended settings which suggested Windows Compatibility mode: Windows 7. I did however need to check to run in Compatibility...

I spoke too soon...I did as insrtructed and PrintShop installed but will not open. Any suggestions?
