I used GPARTED in Linux. I just had to select the E: in GPARTED (dev/sda3) , format it in NTFS and then when I came back to Windows my E: worked. I pasted a file in it and opened it to check my E was again functional.

I have Windows 8 and my computer is about ten years old.
My hard drive is partitionned in C and E.
The C partition has no problem.
When I try to click on E, I have the following message :
" E cannot be accessed.
The file or directory is damaged, impossible to read it".
As suggested in your link, I changed the Internet Time to synchronize with "time.nist.gov" instead of "time.windows.com".

I currently have a problem with my clock in Windows 8. Now time is 16:17 (as on time.is) but on Windows 8 my clock shows 15:17.

Yep, I'll have to switch from Live account to local account. Only use the Live account for Onedrive, the Local account for my everyday's needs.

I wish Onedrive were a little less integrated. I keep using it for now. The best solution would probably, for me, to keep it integrated for the days I need it, but on another Windows user. That would prevent it from slowing startup. I always try to keep startup programs and services...

I would like to disable Onedrive at startup. The problem is, it is a non-admin account.
I have tried from the task manager / startup, but I coudn't see anything relating to Onedrive.
In the task scheduler or the services, I couldn't see anything like disabling Onedrive at startup, too...
