i think its not due to the mouse, because this is my second aspire V3, that is I replaced the first one a week after buying it because it had some minor battery issues (now I wish I had it now), and it worked like a charm, no BSoDs, but it came preinstalled with linpus linux(changed it to win 8...

i have updated my mouse driver to 2011 and also for some reason i cannot install visual studio, but iguess that is for another topic

3 BSoDs so far, updated BIOS also, now only the drivers are left

well I got pissed off and did a clean install, waiting for my first BSoD

perhaps, probably a good idea, though the saddest thing is, this is my second Aspire V3 same model, just a bit better, the first one worked perfectly with a pirated win 8 , there was just some trouble with the battery

updated Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet NDIS6.x Unified Driver to v.15.6.0.2, as far as I can tell that is the latest version and I also updated DB3G drivers, howewer i dont think it had anything to do with the BSoDs, they happened even when it wasnt plugged in, also I hadnt used MSI...
