I after restting have nearly 32 GB free. Still after getting installing windows 10 message and going to reboot message, I get message installation/update failed.
I tried with straight upgrade from the tool and also using setup.exe from usb disk.
In both cases, final result is same.
I agree with You. It also has only 32 bit EFI. Hence the problem.
However I tried 32 bit media creation tool only to upgrade. Still failed so far. Iy goes as far as 91% and says it is going to reboot, but finally get message that upgrade failed.
I tried to upgrade Dell Venue 8 Pro with 64Gb emmc to win 10. It failed many times. I wanted to clean Disk. When ever I tried to clean up Disk with added cleanup system files, it took me more 6 Hrs in every time. Anyone face such issue?
Any solution to reduce this.
I have read many post regarding the failures and successes in tenforums.
I agree with you.
That does not mean, still there is no scope for improvement in planniing.
Elbmek, Barman58 statement is true.

Media creation tool is not the solution. I have tried many times in my Dell Venue 8 pro Tablet PC. It has given msg Failed to upgrade after 41%, 65% and then 91%. Still not able to upgrade. Microsoft should have told openly how they are planning to release update to the persons who have...
Again after doing some search, I found method to install drivers while making iso.
dism /add-driver /image:"pathto m ount folder" /driver:"\PathToDriver\drivername.inf"
This did not help.
However while running, if I do
drvload "\PathToDriver\drivername.inf"
It works.
However as for as macrium...
I am not very good at these things.
I saw in building winpes. There I saw importing drivers in mount. But they ask for .inf files. I see only exe files fro drivers from intel for HD4000.
If given, step by step instructions will be helpful, please.
I tried both Macrium reflect and AOMEI for backup and PE building. In both softwares PE built shows minimum resoltion of 800x600. It does not take into the installed Graphics adapter Intel graphics HD4000. Is there any way during PE building, the drivers for intel HD4000 can be included in the PE?
As I thought it may be useful to some one in my shoes, I am posting below what I did.
