I figured it out myself with mobile partner settings I changed 3g connection type from NDIS to RAS and all metro apps were able to connect to internet I use hauwei e173

after many tries I find that when I am connecting to wireless networks and use "freegate" all apps work just fine But mostly I use my 3g network .. I think there are some settings with proxy or internet options causing this problem any ideas?

thank you for your respond I did what you said and I lost all my apps on PC beside some drivers . but unfortunately the problem still exists I don not know why these apps won't connect to internet
