So, I'm running into a 0xc1900102 error. Apparently windows doesn't like seeing the user folder on a second drive. Does anyone have a fix? -like making a new user on C:\ and installing it there? Looks like this has been going on for a while: Something happened and the Windows 8.1 Preview...
