    Black screen while signing in.

    When the screen says "Welcome", the screen goes black for a while then goes back to the Welcome screen. How can I fix this?

    I can't pin apps on my taskbar

    This problem occurred since last I bought this laptop. I can't pin apps and I restarted my laptop many times, it didn't work. Can someone help me for pinning apps in any way? Thank you so much. :D
