I have a new laptop with windows 8 installed on it . I got the free download of Movie maker from their website . I am so frustrated that I cant get it to work properly and there doesnt seem anywhere to get help. I am surprised there are not more people with the same complaint .

I am having problems too - I have Windows 8 , I have downloaded the free Movie maker from the Windows site . It looks the same as the version I had before but it doesnt work. If I get any replies with info I will let you know

I tried K lite but I still cant view the MPEGs in Windows movie maker Now I cant open Movie maker beause it says '' Another user is using Movie Maker close the session '' but there isnt another one open - ?? Things getting worse ! Wish I could take this thing back
