Really I'd prefer to fix it because anytime I tell the system to reboot, could be from windows update or an installing program, it just shuts off and stays off. It's particularly annoying if I'm accessing the machine remotely and I'm not there to turn it back on if it stays off.

With that shortcut it did reboot properly, so it appears that the issue is with the reboot option in the start menu then.

So as the title states, anytime I reboot my computer from Windows it doesn't boot back up on it's own, it just turns off as if you told it to shut down. I looked in the BIOS and didn't see anything to the effect, and searching around online didn't turn up anything useful. I'm not really sure...

So I'm having an issue with my SkyDrive not uploading files I put in the SkyDrive folder on my computer to SkyDrive online. It was working fine for weeks with 8.1, but all of the sudden it quit working one day (no system changes were made). It will usually sync after a day or so on it's own...

All of the libraries point to the corresponding directories on the D drive, as well as all of the folders listed under "This PC". I also tried adding shortcuts to all of the folders in my D:\Users\Matt\ folder (where all of my documents actually are) to the C:\Users\Matt\ folder and it didn't...
