Asus BackTracker solved the issue I am really thankful to Cliff , KYHI, and genet ..... Asus BackTracker did the job very well. No win 8 key, no weird errors ... thanks everyone once again... Stay Blessed 4ever. Amen:)

i have not touched partitions. this is the first time with this system i am gonna restore. i just upgraded win 8 to 8.1 from app store. in your personal opinion, what you think.... should i proceed to with usb restore? else the only option is to take laptop out of city to company with a handsome...

Thanks Cliff. i have done this step yesterday. but i am bit scared of crashing system with any unexpected error (as on different forums people mentioning about win 8 cd and errors or sticking windows in between the process). thats y i posted this thread to re confirm if these steps will go...
