Okay! I got a windows 8 recovery disk, for free, but do you know how to correct it? There are so many options :o

I can send it back, yes, it's only a few days old! I called Dell, and they are sending me a windows repair disk, so hopefully that will work! Thanks for all your help though :)

Thanks for the reply! All the devices were disconnected, still no luck! I have tried pressing and holding, and continually pressing on and off F8 and Shift+F8, but whatever I do the "Automatic Repair" comes up, and that doesn't work

Hi! I have just got a new laptop, the Dell Inspiron 15, and I have been installing a few programs on it etc. A couple of times it closed down with an error that said DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL(Smb_driver_Intel.sys). It then proceeded to restart. However, it has done just this a few hours...
