I just did that memory test. It came up with no errors.

I just followed what the instructions said on the link that you sent me. I unticked the box at the top for the advanced settings bit. There was 2 sets of instructions but I followed that once because the box was orginally ticked.

I did what you said just before I last replied and I just received that message again. Is there anything else I can try?

I still have 375GB free of 445GB so I know it's not that. I have tried that other step before, it helped it for a little while, and then it did this same thing again so I had to refresh it again.

My computer keeps coming up with this error that looks like this. Some times the error reads a bit different but it all does the same thing. I don't know what's wrong with it. I have had it for just under a year. It has done this at least 10 times. Every time I have to refresh the computer...
