I disabled every setting in Control Panel, disabled the Sensor service, disabled everything in the Intel Control Panel... still my display will lower the brightness every 10 seconds! Now this laptop (Medion Akoya P2211T) is completely unusable in daylight. Always need one hand to constantly...
