None of those helped, still the desktop tile on the start screen

I bought a Dell 17r laptop a couple days ago and about an hour ago my IE 10 Metro switched to desktop when I clicked it, and now it wont switch back to metro! ive reset the IE TWICE now and nothing worked, ive tried multiple solutions and NOTHING has work(obviously) the desktop version is ugly...
