So is the Program just some sort of a glitch on my laptop?

So, today, I was going through some startup programs to see if I could disable some to improve performance when I scrolled down to see a program named "Program" with no author/publisher and the startup impact as "Not measured". I have no clue as to what this could be. Any future help is appreciated!

I guess I'll try re-installing Windows first and going through the custom installation process. If that doesn't work out, I'll just return it and see if I can get a better laptop. Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. EDIT: I'm just returning it. My uncle is trying to find a better computer...
