I cancel the downloads and most of my stuff are copied. Only 3mbs lost. Don't know what it was

Took me 24 hours to transfer 94gb from old to new computer. Now with 6 mins left (according to the transfer time) it hangs! I hear the two hard drives buzzing. What do I do??
