    I had the same problem as you on IE this morning and rectified it as already stated. I also have Firefox and suggest you try deleting any ADD ONS (if you have any,) one at a time to see if any of them are causing your problem, you can always reinstall them again afterwards.

    Do you mean my account or the MSI account? If you mean the MSI account I would not know how to find it, all I know is whenever I try to delete for example all leftovers of an uninstalled AV installation MSI informs me access denied.

    Hi Jane Try this to obtain the bootloader, again using the Admin command prompt bcd C:\Windows Note there is a space between bcd and C Also I assume you are using C drive, if another change C to whatever it is Then restart computer.
