Hi I have just installed 8.1 on my laptop and now my wifi card wont connect to the network. My PC works on wifi just fine. My laptop is a Lenovo G405 using a 802.11n Broadcom card. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hello and thanks! Yes I am able to change the language with no problems on my desktop which has Windows 8 Pro, however the laptop only has Windows 8 Single Language. This is why I am trying to do it offline using DISM.
