Hi Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I downloaded and installed empty loop and now, union reboot the PC is dead!! Box comes up saying windows.exe not found! Cannot do anything! No desktop or anything!!! PLEASE CAN YOU HELP!!!! Dave

I have tried the option to delete the folder through clean up programme so many times and the darn thing still hasn't gone. Can you give me some other options. Not too hot with cmd promt issues?? Any help you can give?
